Apple pie and rosemary

Instructions

Peel the apples, deprive them to the core, cut them in small slices and put them in a bowl;
Spray them with the filtered lemon juice and keep the apples apart;
Shell the eggs in a bowl and beat them with the sugar to obtain a light and fluffy compound;
Sieve the flour apart, the baking powder and a salt’s taking and add little by little a half of this mixture to the compound of eggs and sugar;
Melt at slow flame the butter in a small pot and pour it in flush in the dough;
Mixed with attention so as it doesn’t deflated;
At least, add the minced rosemary, the grated lemon’s peel and the rest of the mixture of flour and baking powder;
Amalgamate well the mixture;
Put butter on the surface of the apple’s slices and decorate them with rosemary’s tufts;
Put the cake in the oven at 180°, cooked it for 40 minutes. It’ll be ready if fitting a stick in the mixture, it’ll stay completely dry;
Take it out of the oven, leave it cooling, sprinkle the surface with a little bit of sugar and serving it.
